Where are my videos?

In your photo gallery: Photos on iPhone and iPad, the "Fair Prompter" album in the camera folder on Android. Each script also lists its takes under the text.

Voice scrolling does not start

It needs the speech language installed on your device. On Android, the app offers to download it the first time. On iPhone and iPad, pick the language of your script in the app's Settings › Voice language.

I bought Pro on another device

Open Settings in the app and tap "Restore purchase". Use the same Apple or Google account.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google. Ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or in Google Play › Order history.
