Fair Prompter is a teleprompter app published by Roméo Roy. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use it. Short version: we collect nothing.

What the app does with your data

• No account. You never sign up or log in.
• Scripts you write stay on your device, in the app's storage. They are not sent anywhere.
• Videos you record are saved to your device's photo gallery (Photos on iPhone and iPad, the camera folder on Android). The app keeps only a small thumbnail and a reference to each video, on your device.
• Camera and microphone are used only while you film a take, and the microphone also while voice scrolling is on.
• Voice scrolling uses the speech recognition built into your device, offline. Your voice is not recorded for this purpose and is not sent to us or to anyone else.
• Photo library access is used to save your takes and, if you allow it, to play, share or delete the takes you filmed with the app.

What we collect

Nothing. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDK that collects data. We do not sell, share or receive any personal data.

Purchases

The optional Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive no payment details. The stores tell the app only whether Pro has been purchased.

Children

The app does not collect data from anyone, including children.

• Pas de compte. Aucune inscription, aucune connexion.
• Vos scripts restent sur votre appareil.
• Vos vidéos sont enregistrées dans la galerie de votre appareil. L'app ne garde qu'une miniature et une référence de chaque vidéo, sur l'appareil.
• Caméra et micro ne servent que pendant une prise, et le micro aussi quand le défilement à la voix est activé.
• Le défilement à la voix utilise la reconnaissance vocale intégrée à l'appareil, hors ligne. Votre voix n'est envoyée ni à nous ni à personne.
• Aucune collecte : pas de statistiques, pas de publicité, pas de pistage, aucun outil tiers qui collecte des données.
• Achats : le Pro est un achat unique géré par Apple ou Google. Nous ne recevons aucune donnée de paiement.
